Troy Rideb exemplifies the professionalism and work-ethic that define our company. Hired as a laborer in 1999, Troy quickly made his way on to our management team by distinguishing himself as a hard working and conscientious employee. In that time, he has provided important leadership and has been a model of integrity and quality.

Troy earned a business degree from the University of Washington (Tacoma) in 2004. This formal education, coupled with his on-the-job training at Renewal, has enabled him to communicate effectively with workers and management alike. Troy’s unique ability to bring each aspect of the company together allows us to spend more time focusing on your needs.

In the time that Troy has been with Renewal, his commitment to quality, leadership and thoughtfulness have led to many award winning projects. He was elected to the Master Builders Association state Board of Directors in 2008, as the Chair of the MBA Remodelers™ Council in 2008, and was chosen to Chair the Pierce County Tour of Remodeled Homes in 2007.

Troy lives in Puyallup with his wife, Rachelle, and three children.
